It was my very first time at this Hotel, as previously I stayed in different hotels in Darjeeling. But I really thanked myself that I chose this Hotel... We stayed there for 4 nights. It was an amazing experience staying there. First of the the room that we got, it was a view room and it was breathtaking! I don't know about the non-view rooms though. I requested previously for a view room and they said they were out of availability of Mountain view rooms, but, they can give me City view room... And I agreed to that ... And a big Thanks to the sweet owner, Meetu Sindhal ma'am, she made sure of that... And I just loved 😍 the City view room..as mountains can also be seen from there afar... It was truly amazing. All the Staff's behaviour was so polite and good. Overall I enjoyed my staying at this Hotel. A big thumbs up 👍 to them.

A hotel which is sort of walking distance from mall road. Not very close as they claim. Rooms are small and the location is just not good. Staff and reception are good and polite but you need to tell them a bunch of times to get things done. DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR . NO VIEW FROM ROOM . Location is in a very narrow lane. not recommended for seniors or people with knee/leg problems. Hotel is also pure veg. So food is not good ( Coming from a pure non vegetarian ;) )

Let me start by saying that I booked this hotel after looking at the reviews on Google. 4+ made me think it’s a good place to stay. I am sharing my experience of booking this hotel, so please bear with me for the length of the review. After going through most positive reviews I booked a family suite for a night. On reaching the hotel we found it difficult to park the car infront the hotel but the driver skilfully managed, blocking a lane in the process. Once checked in we followed the staff to our room. Mind you there are no elevators, this is clearly mentioned on booking platforms as well. On entering the room, the first thing we saw were paints flaking off the wall, at multiple places surrounding the bathroom. Not a very hygienic sight, considering it happens due to water seepage and a lot of it was behind the commode. The pillows and the pillow covers looked outdated and worn out. There were cob webs on the walls, One point though, you have to pay extra for a heater. IT IS NOT PART OF THE ROOM PACKAGE. Water bottles are plastic bottles, one of them were twisted seemingly due to hot water poured in it. Carpets were filthy, reminded me of Kitchen Nightmare show of Gordon Ramsay. Didn’t feel like walking barefoot inside the room. Location wise it is a 10min walk from Keventers and it’s not a flat walk. TV worked, that was a great thing considering the overall room.

Hotel was extremely comfortable to stay. It's value for money. Rooms were cozy and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and gentle. All necessary support were provided. Stay at Omega Residency, Darjeeling is recommended.

I recently stayed at Omega Residency in Chauk Bazaar near Darjeeling Mall and had a delightful experience. The hotel's comfortable and clean rooms, some with stunning mountain views, provided a tranquil stay. The exclusively vegetarian menu showcased delicious and flavorful dishes. The friendly and accommodating hotel staff further enhanced my overall satisfaction with the stay.

The location of the hotel is at its best .. The rooms were very neat and tidy .. Food was outstanding .. Staffs were very helpful and humble and professional ..Thanks to Mr. Julius and his team for making our trip memorable.

It's a very good hotel, staff behavior is also good. All local markets, bus stand are in walkable distance. Price is little bit high for budget tour. Otherwise it's a excellent stay. …
